When touching the point of Tokyo architecture, the first thing that should be done is taking into consideration the history of this city and the climate conditions it lies in. In order to anticipate distractions that can be caused by earthquakes if the buildings are old and unsteady, the Japanese destroy their buildings themselves, instead of renovating and refurbishing them, and create news ones, stable and safe.
